I was the go between MJ Flooring & Decorators and the 13 unit flat block situated on 265 High Level Road, Sea Point, called St. Ronan’s. After reviewing several quotes the Trustees settled on MJ to paint the entire block. The job needed to be Dulux approved and comprised the prepping and painting of the entire block. Martin had a very efficient team and completed the 2 month job on time to a very high standard. MJ always had a project manager (usually Terry) on site so all instructions and communication was smooth, for example color choices and other odds and ends were effectively implemented as there was obviously lots going on. It was also useful that MJ had a large reliable network so they could handle the various other extras like new flood lights, engineering plates and other extras seamlessly. The team was tidy and did a wonderful job in a very professional manner. Great job done, thank you. Highly recommend!! ~ andrew p

I recently bought a house and needed the vinyl floors professionally cleaned. Frank and team arranged for a clean very quickly - appointment made with in 10 minutes and scheduled in for the next 24hrs. I had a team attend to the cleaning specification. They were on time, efficient, prepared (had all the necessary tools, machines, special cleaning agents) and took great care with the floor during and after the clean. My floors look brand new!
